Разработка технологии лазерной металлизации, включающая в себя подбор источников лазерного излучения, управлением распределением поля лазерного излучения на поверхности, создание технологии бесшаблонной металлизации на диэлектрических подложках с помощью локального нагрева пленок глубоких эвтектических растворов на поверхности.
