Нанофотоника, нелинейная оптика, нанотехнологии. Фотовольтаика, светодиоды, гибкая электроника. Нанофотоника, экситоны, нелинейная физика. Оптические резонансы, метаповерхность, материалы фотоники, наноструктуры. Разработка лазеров и светодиодов на основе новых оптических материалов на основе новых полупроводниковых наноматериалов.
