Диэлектрические фотонные структуры. Резонаторы, лазеры, сенсоры на основе диэлектрической фотоники. Изучение взаимодействия искусственных структурированных материалов в электромагнитными волнами в радиодиапазоне. Разработка и исследование резонаторов в СВЧ диапазоне, разработка и исследование структурированных диэлектрических сред для формирования диаграммы направленности антенны, развязки антенн, расположенных на субволновом расстоянии друг от друга и пр. Метаматериалы, фотонные кристаллы
